Motor with clip and manual tool change

Vertical Milling motor of Mod TMPE 14/2 5,5 Kw special construction, to adapt tools mounted on a ER-32 clip with 2 to 20 mm of capacitance. Front and simply rear angular contact bearing.

LINEAR TOOL CHANGE ON BENCH

This storage has 8 positions and it is installed on axis “X”, so it’s next to the engine which allow us to make tool changes faster.

CNC

All of our machines incorporate a SIEMENS Industrial CNC and, at this moments the installed equipment is SINUMERIK 840D SL.
The axes movement control and the maneuvering of the rest of the machine is realized be a Numeric Control: Sinumerik 840D SL gathers all CNC, PLC, regulation and comunication tasks in a singular mpdule CCU (Compact Control Unit).
With the CCU3, high control and characteristics are available. This means a rapid development of the machining and drivers high dynamics.

These engines are installed with the pulse generator (encoder) incorporated ensuring greater reliability of measurement, to avoid tolerance in flexible couplings.

Control Desk

The control unit is installed in a mobile desk, for the machine management, where are incorporated the USB connections and Ethernet, it has a keyboard, screen and operator panel, from where the operator realizes all the operations. It can be desplaced along the machine.

MANUAL CHARGE

To mechanize the doors they have to be subjected by vacuum.

The clamps are longitudinal scrollable, and the are mounted over the aluminum profiles that, at same time, can be moved across the machine width so we can adapt to different doors width.

This system is provided of 8 clamps, 4 on each profile.

AUTOMATIC CHARGE

The system consists of two tables, one of them at the entrance of the machine and another at the exit, two converyor belts and pneumatic presses.
Once the piece is positioned over the roller table, those converyor belts introduce the door inside the machine.
When the door is on the corresponding 0 point in the “X” axis direction, the beltsfell below the aluminum profiles level, leaving the door on the suction cups.
In this moment, two pneumatic presses approach the door to the 0 point reference caps, in “Y” axis direction.

FRAMES SUBJECTION

For frame machining, we have designed a fastening system which allows us to take as the reference point (point 0) the interior and the top of the frame.
This device is prepared to house the three pieces of the frame, 2 beams and 1 headboard.
It is installed in the machine itself and is loaded by the front part, se that we work on the machine as if it were two fields of work.

While the door machining, we can replace the frame pieces and leave it ready to finish the machining process on the frames.

ASPIRATION

Each of the agreggates that make up the spindle has a suction port which is connected to a general manifold and to a single connection port to the suction network.
For increased chip and dust collection, a curtan of brush closes the contour where the tools are installed forming a closed habitat that improves the uptake.

LUBRICATION:

Lubrication centralized and autimatic system.
The Numeric Control execute an automatic order by meters traversed, which guarantees a perfect and constant lubrication.
The system consists of an electric pump with its corresponding lubrication oil tank and volumetric distributors.
The system has warning / alarm that warns us about the low level of the lubricating liquid or about a loss of pressure in the circuit.
For extra lubrication, it has a specific key in the Control Panel, which can be operated manually.

TOOL MEASURING

“Marposs” Ts 30 El TS30 Tool setter contact tool’s measuring, it’s a compact application for the tool’s preadjust on the bench of the machining centers with a integrated interface. It can be used for:

• Tool integrity comprobation
• Tool length and diameter measuring
• Tool wear compensation
